Will be contacting the BBB with the whole story. Cannot be trusted to work on our truck ever again. Automatically went to the most expensive recommend fix for our truck, rather than the simplest. The simplest was all that it needed. This shop does not use synthetic oil, even if it is recommended for all vehicles with VVT. I have asked multiple mechanics with regards to this EVERY SINGLE ONE says it should have synthetic. Accused me of lying the whole time, even though I was basing everything on my experience. But I was the one that was wrong. Never again. Oh, and I was told by one of their master mechanics that manufacturers want you to blow up your engines, that is why they recommend 5,000 miles!
One of the key issues beyond Overall Knowledge is Trust with auto mechanics. With All Around you get both in a big way. I can't say enough good things about this group. I'm in my mid-fifties and lived/worked in nearly 50 States. These guys are the best and I'm happy to recommend.
My first experience was great. I dropped off my car early, walked to the lightrail, worked downtown and then picked up my car same evening. I needed an oil change and that was all I scheduled. They did a thorough evaluation of my car which I actually needed and appreciated without asking. They sent me a detailed report that was helpful and great for record keeping. I would return and recommend.
What a wonderful at repair shop! They are so honest, will bring you to your car and physically shoe you things they've found during inspection. They're not pushy at all, just present facts. They are very friendly and have a nice clean waiting area to hang out on. Can't say enough good things about this place! I finally feel comfortable bringing my car in to have serviced and inspected.:)
I always used Honda or Toyota dealers to have maintenance performed on my vehicles because I never was satisfied with independent garages. My needing to replace the hybrid battery in the used Camry I recently purchased caused me to try out All Around Auto.
