Nice Ross. It is usually one of the cleaner and organized stores that they have. This night that we went was after 9 and the place was a total mess. I think after a certain time they do not have that many workers and are overwhelmed with cleaning and putting things back. They close at like 11! So it's pretty late. I did hear a call that they close the fitting rooms about an hr before the store closes (probably to cleanup). I hate that you have to ask to use the restrooms and be buzzed in. I know people steal and this is a deterrent but they will find other ways to do it if they are there for that purpose. It's really annoying to do this. Even though this is a newer Ross, they do not have as many items than other stores nearby. I like this one only because they do have a much bigger variety of shoes in my size.

This Ross had a good selection of clothes however they were completely understaffed with a line wrapped around and out the door with one cashier. Staff that was working at the time showed little mind to the customers waiting in line. The guy working the register was great and did the best he could.
I always find good deals at Ross. But I tried to return something a Debra refused to look up my receipt with my card. She said that's not something they do, which is weird because I've been to multiple other Ross stores and they've been more to happy to do that for me in order to honor my return with my credit card. I don't appreciate the lying.
beware of the dressing room attendant. I can see this is not the first review where she is mentioned. Very rude and inconsiderate.Keep your children as far away as possible. I did not know that when you go into a store you are not allowed to pick up things and look at them if you are interested in buying. And the manager is in agreement to that kind of treatment to customers. Sad. Nice store,found many good things. Wish I did not have to go through that experience though. Hesitant to shop there again.
