We were told to come back in if our child had these symptoms. We were told by the very pleasant lady at the first desk that they would not see us until Friday! They do not keep open appointments for sick visits. "That is was urgent care is for!"

We had a one year old that was sick with a fever, his brother had been seen two days before with a serious ear infection. We were told to bring in our one year old if he started showing similar symptoms.
Extremely rude and unconcerned with patients well being. If you want your kids taken care of when they are sick do not trust Dr. Ozbay, Dr. Gordon, or anyone else from Rocky Mountain Primary Care.
