Last week I was shopping for a TV and I spoke with Charles from appliances, same guy sold me last year all my appliances for my new home, I was looking for him because he is professional, has a lot of knowledge and we're polite. After talking with him, he asked me if I am happy with my purchase from last year. I told him that I am very happy with all the appliances except the dishwasher because it doesn't clean my glasses. Charles told me if I am not happy he can replace my dishwasher with another one. Because I trusted him I let him to chose the best dishwasher and we did the paper work. Technicians replaced the dishwasher this week.
Extremely knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful. Just went in for information and was helped out so much.
The customer service in the appliance department at this store is amazing. I highly recommend buying your next appliance here. I just purchased a dual fuel range from them. The process was very pleasant. Josh (the salesman) was patient and allowed me to take time to think about my purchase with no pressure. The installation/service guy was extremely helpful in explaining the advantages of their Geek Squad Protection over other warranties offered by other stores that sell the same product.

The downside is the overwhelming car dealership feel. We were asked by 5 different associates while standing, looking at 2 TVs.
I am happy with my new dishwasher and with the overall experience.
I am all for customer service, but it is clearly commissions based for high dollar items. When we did have questions, while looking at modems, the staff member was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
This location is clean and has a wide selection.
Its a typical Best Buy store. Some people are very helpful other not so much but for the most part you can find what you need and someone to help you. Cant be very busy at times which can really make this problem show. Overall its average and is what you would expect.
I bought last year a dishwasher top of the line at that time "Electrolux ". In one year it was fixed 3 time, and in March this year the warranty expired.
Good store, great customer service, but too aggressive.
