I am very disappointed in this company. Where to start...First off I just moved to a new place let's start with how long it took me to take down this bed for movers which took about 2 1/2 hrs to take apart. When we started we noticed that the men who put it together didn't do a very good job at all. The holes didn't match up had to work with cracks from them using the wrong bolts in certain areas of the frame which caused cracks. I've never been so pissed off in my life
Enjoyed shopping at this store. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The prices are incredible! Wish there was an Amerian Furniture Warehouse in Louisiana!
We went shipping for a couch and had plenty to choose from. We found a couch we liked at a very affordable price! The service was perfect, we had our questions answered with no pushy sales people.
Two days in a row I could not find a single person to help me. I would expect as a commission based job there would be plenty of people more than happy to Take my money.
It is what it is. Cheap furniture with lots and lots of choices. Sales team is rarely helpful beyond checking stock on items. The value for money is good, so I go back from time to time, and even buy stuff on occasion.
