Nice staff. Good selection. Clean store. Awesome location. I love their little area for bags! Great essential oil selection. I have picky dogs but they do love their dog treats from there.
When checking out with one item, the lady put the item in a plastic bag. After mentioning that I don't actually need a bag, she removed the item and put the plastic bag in the trash. I always had the impression that Sprouts was a progressive, environmentally savvy organization, I guess not here in Westminster. I would give 1 star, however, it was my fault for not bringing my own bag in the first place.
Horrible customer service. Tried to make a return from a different sprouts location and they refused to help me.
Love sprouts! I would love for them to make their employees be more polite, but the management is so nice so it makes up for it. And the wonderful produce also makes up for it! (Better produce than whole foods and a much better price!!)
