Super disappointed. I feel bad for anyone who is in serious conditions coming here. We waited 3 hours at the ER to get a room and still never got one. Worst experience ever. Staff was very unprofessional fighting in the room beside the waiting area. 10/10 Would never do again.
Nice facilities, but they didn't seem quite as attentive as Good Samaritan in Lafayette was. The ER especially seemed to move rather slowly, the people are nice... but maybe if there were just more of them. Still, better than many hospitals in the state I've seen but they could improve the service and staffing from what I've seen. Nobody likes to be kept waiting.
This place was so awesome. The ER doctors and nurses were incredibly professional and helpful. I was shocked at how quickly we were in and out of the ER, even for a pretty serious situation. Glad to know that a great place is so close to home in case we ever need them again!
This is be far the worst medical unit that we have ever seen. There is no professionalism, compassion, and everything they said was a 100% lie. For your own sake and any loved ones STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
