I've never had a bad experience here, the employees are always helpful and very friendly, I always get helped quickly as soon as I walk through the doors and there's always good seating whenever I go see a movie, never too crowded when I go
Terrible just terrible I went on a date to watch under on the orient express and come to find out the movie didn't start the previews at all movie started @ 10:15 and they didn't start the previews until a guy got up and went to complain so now the previews start and the kept going for 40 minutes the lights still on so I get up time is now 11 pm and I go to the front desk and the manager gave us passes Idk to what and two teenagers told me that, it had happen to them 4 times already in that theater like really! Then a guy come up from behind and say that his theater the thor movie was playing but no sounds like really that's ridiculous I recommend everyone stays away from there I paid in total 25 for 2 tickets and pulls the food like another 15 so it wasent worth it then the Manger say that he can't give anyone refunds beacuse the machine or computers didn't allow it beacuse the show was passed it time stay away
I come here for every movie I am excited for. This place is awesome! Clean, chill atmosphere. Highly recommend!!
They need reclining seats like the Promenade has. But their seats are comfy just don't recline.
