Love the grooming service. They are very gentle and caring when they handle her and I like that they take their time with my dog instead of trying to get them in and out as fast as possible.
Snobs that make you feel ignorant. Just think of a snob barista that gets insulted because you dont know what a doppio is. Find a place where they also care about the human, not just the pet.

Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Amazing prices! Never shopping at a big box pet store ever again after finding this place!
Most of the time the staff is helpful in finding just what you need with light suggestions for new products, but occasionally you will almost get lectured on not using "the right things" for your pet like you could be a better animal owner.
The owner responds to the good reviews only and neglects the defectors. They are NOT customer centric... Not a good business practice.
