One hard working lady Vs long line, despite the fact she's tired but she helps every one get what they want with smiling at all time. I am very impressed with her. Thank you
Two very friendly ladies were working there today and quickly helped me send a package and buy stamps. They seemed to know many of the people who came in and greeted them cheerfully by name. Very different from other post offices I've been to and glad this is close to home.
I chose this post office because of the staff. It is so hard to find a post office where you are not treated like crap by over worked employees. This post office is actually out of my way to home (20 minutes away)I have done this because the office locations near me are really terrible. I paid a full year in advance and have been receiving mail without issue for 4 months up until now. They are refusing to put mail in my box for my minor child even though when I submitted my application I had her listed. We do not have the same last names. I find it very annoying that they have a phone number an email address and I am registered with USPS that they have failed to make contact with me concerning this situation. I received a flimsy printed sheet in my box stating to " add this name" or mail will be refused. Mind you the mail coming in has C/O ( in care of) with my name included. This makes no sense and is high frustrating. Monday morning can't come soon enough.
Wow! Went in to ship a document overseas. The old lady said she couldn't as they were out of invoices.... Totally lazy and didn't care. She seemed happy she couldn't help me. Never been to a post office that DOESNT allow you to post! Avoid at all costs, they will screw your stuff!
