It was nice, well kept up and in a nice neighborhood.
Can't really understand the bad reviews. The management have rules that we all should follow. The reason why? Because as a community, we all want to live in a safe, clean and beautiful neighborhood. So, yes, rules exist and they are and should be strict about them. Beyond that, the management before and now has been very very friendly and helpful. I couldn't disagree more with the person who said this is the worst place to live or buy a mobile home. When you look out your window or come home from work, you feel like you are in a regular neighborhood...cozy and well taken care of. Both Stephanie and Elizabeth, and Maria before them are wonderful and friendly. Thanks for enforcing the rules and thanks for making Casa Estates a great place to live!
This place is a joke. They charge for amenities that you cant use like a pool that for 2 summers now has not been open, or broken basketball hoops all of last summer. They sure try and push how they have thise when talking to new tennants tho. Even with the new manager they brought in this year nothing gets fixed, but boy you better not be late on rent ever!
This park is the worst to live in. Always having problems every other week with water so it's always off and management is poor.
Good community, rules are rules and residents need to follow them.
