I would give zero stars if I could. Calling the employees incompetent would be a compliment, they are that bad. No one knows what they are doing. Completely screwed up not one but two orders. Gave them a second chance after the first and the second time I don't know how they were able to but they actually were worse. Clueless management thinks they have 5 star customer service rating and then blames the customer when they screw up. Shop anywhere but here.
Only employees seen during visit were all up at the checkout area with only one register open. Cashiers were changing, going on break I guess, but in no hurry to get it done. Other customers complaining about being able to get help in the store. Had what I needed, luckily self-service.
Poor selection understaffed and clueless associates. Pretty much like every Lowe's. It is what it is. Close to the my shop so I gotta go there.
