Won’t take purchases back for returns from other Ace Hardware’s. May be out of their hands but possibly a one-star rating will stir the pot enough to change that annoying policy for the consumer.
It's a nice store but I usually can't find what I need, their stock is limited and they don't carry many standard household parts
