I had a small issue with a meal a month ago but was promptly caller by the manager in regards to this. I stopped by two days ago for lunch and everything was excellent, great staff!
We enjoyed our sandwiches, but the service was pretty slow and the dining-room was dirty.

Only sub shop in town, that I know of, that actually grills the meat the way it's supposed to be made. Way better than Subway and Firehouse subs.. Gave 4 stars because it's sometimes not the cleanest in the dining area when you walk in. Not so good 1st impression but a lasting good impression as soon as you bite into that Jersey goodness. Authentic as it gets here in CO.
Would not give me a free sub on my birthday. Said I Had to have some stupid coupon and sign up for their email list. Last time here...
