Horrible! Told us 15 min. Hour ago and stll lots of people in front us they say. Another. 20 min at least. Hostess tells me she can't control the timing because people keep coming in. They came in after us! I'll never return here. If I could I would give it no stars. Horrible management.
Unprofessional staff. Lax/lazy. Hostesses talk openly about annoyances including customers. We like certain foods there so we go from time to time, but after our last visit where customers kept coming in saying they'd called ahead and were told they hadn't received their calls and proceeded to talk loudly about said customers, not interested. When I spoke to a manager all she said was "not cool, thank you for your feedback". You can get good microwaved good at any other place.
Service was good, food was not. Only salad available was house salad that was not fresh, bread sticks were chewy and not warm, soup was bland, stuffed mushrooms were tough and tasted like they had not been washed. Water glass had hard crusty things on the outside. Everything tasted like it was thrown together very quickly. In a previous visit, bottomless pasta was over cooked and mushy and had to wait over 25 minutes for a second serving. Gave them this second chance and they blew it. We will not be back.
First off the food was really good. All of the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately those were about the only positives of our experience. We called around 530 to put our names on the wait list. Told they were at about a 40 minute wait. So we tried to time it and were in the restaurant about thirty minutes later. The girl at the front (who clearly had her work cut out for her, poor girl) informed us once we checked in that it was still going to be another 30 to 40 minutes. Wondering what the point of call ahead was? It was easily 45 minutes before we were seated. Server was nice but didn't bring breadsticks, forgot a coke and misunderstood our order. All the while being very nice so it's hard to be upset. She wasn't the most attentive and only came by a couple of times. We waited almost thirty more minutes after being seated before we actually ate. So if you have the time (every time we come we literally plan at least two hours of our day or evening) the food is really quite good. Just seems like they need more staff and possibly some more training to ensure such a popular place can be more efficient.
This Olive Garden is one of the best Olive Gardens I have ever been to. The service is fantastic, the food is outstanding, and people there are so nice. Although the wait might be a little long, the wait is worth it. Come to this place to see how amazing they are for yourself.
