This store has a great selection of merchandise. It's a large store and is pretty well organized.
Pretty much the same stuff at every Kohl's. I did buy my son a pair of Nikes and the exact same pair was $25 cheaper at JC Penny. I find Kohl's to be pretty expensive for brand name items. At least they have a good return policy. Seems like before putting stuff on sale, they hike up the prices. But I have found some really good deals once in awhile, not very often.
I have never been watched so much in my life at any store as much as I was at the store. Blatantly watching me like I was a prisoner who escaped from prison and going to rob their store. One girl spent 20 minutes on the same rack of clothes trying to hide the fact that she was watching me like I was going to steal a perfume set or something. I will never go back to the store because it is full of judgemental, condescending, rude people. It's like if you think someone is stealing or going to steal from you then go watch the cameras and watch them don't blatantly stare at them making them feel uncomfortable like they have to hurry up and leave especially when it comes to people that spend so much money at Kohl's. Stop being so judgemental and assuming that everybody is out to steal your stuff.
Great customer service. Felt like a friend rather than a stranger. I always ship at Kohls and just wanted to give a shout out.
If I ever had a friend looking for a good place to work in retail it would definitely be this store!
I worked at this Kohls store for a little over a year and overall I was very happy to have worked here. All of the managers here are wonderful people willing to help out their customers with anything. They were always looking for ways to improve their customer service and by the time I left they were getting customers filling out their surveys on their receipts left and right! The store was always kept tidy and well taken care of.
