Place wasn't great. I would label it as past it's peak. It wasn't terribly busy. Staff was okay. Had to use the restrooms, the whole back area reeked of urine. It was rough. I will be heading to another location next time. It's just a bit of a run down feeling.

Buyer beware!!! I had a $300 Coach watch sized here that I LOVED and the incompetent staff put a pin back in wrong. This resulted in the watch falling of my wrist and breaking the first time I wore it. Turns out it was that employees last day! The manager and new associate there were unhelpful and just returned it. I left without a new watch. If you plan on buying a nice watch don't do it here. Stay away from the fine jewelry department in general.
Good selection separated by brand, but returns are difficult because they only accept them with all the tags on. Dinner wear is great and lasts a long time
I love Macy's! They have great sales on name brand items and their return policy is trouble free.
