This Walmart is awful. they stop my wife every time she goes in there and ask for a receipt on the way out. Which would be fine if they did it to everybody and not obvious working class. This last time they actually grabbed her buggy and stopped her from leaving.
Let's be real. Every Walmart deserves a single star. Name one positive shopping experience you have ever had in a Walmart. I paid for firewood at the register. Speaking t 15 minutes wandering around and asked 4 associates where it was. None knew. One idiot in garden center said "wood is in Hardware. Oh you mean wood to burn?". I finally gave up and left $5 poorer.
Now this is a Supercenter. It is big. I have no trouble finding what I need. Most of the time. If I don't find it, all I have to do is ask and they will have it for me within a couple of days. Now that's service.
Its pretty fast during off hours but they never have enough cashiers during the busy times
Car wouldn't start and I figured it had to do with the battery, since getting a jump got the car started. I headed straight over to Walmart as that's where the battery was purchased . It was still covered under warranty thank goodness and they were able to squeeze me in and change it out real quick.. Siera was working in the department and was able to make it happen fairly quick and seemed to have a well organized system in place.. with co workers which is refreshing .. and I appreciate that... definitely felt the staff I encountered was committed to honesty and customer service.. thank you...
